The Tiburon Historical Trail is a great option for those looking for a gentle rail path in Marin County that offers beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Named after the Ohlone Indians who once lived in the area, the path serves as a commuter corridor and provides exits and entrances to all San Francisco areas.

Milpitas is located in the far northeast of the South Bay and borders on the East Bay and Fremont, the north directly bordering Alameda County and the south directly bordering the San Francisco Bay. Like many other California suburbs, Milpita's well-divided streets - maintained by the local municipal government - have had their fair share of conflicts with neighbors. It was included in what later turned out to be an attempt to save the inhabitants of this precious city from being swallowed up by the then rapidly growing city of San Jose. When San Jose attempted to annex the city just under seven years later, the Mil Pitas Minutemen organized themselves to oppose the annexation and to preserve the independence of the city. And when SanJose tried again, but to no avail, they organized themselves again and again in the 1950s and 1960s to fight the city and keep it independent until the end of the 20th century, when they tried again to annex it almost nine years ago.

Milpitas is located at the intersection of the Bay Area's East Bay and Silicon Valley and is known as the intersection of Silicon Valley. Located in the heart of San Jose, California's second largest city and the third most populous city on the West Coast, it is also known as the "crossroads" of Silicon Valley. The Isabel Avenue Trail runs through the city, as does the 800-meter-long East Bay Greenway, which is currently open.
